View of Frank pledge there holden the 6th day of November in the second year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Fourth by the Grace of God of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland King Defender of the Faith and in the year of our Lord 1821. Before Owen Anthony Poole Esqr. Steward thereof.

The Jurors aforesaid upon their Oaths present that John Owen of Carnarvon aforesaid Shoemaker hath encroached upon the said Common Highway by rebuilding a part of two Dwelling Houses in the said Street called the Southern Penrallt Street in the Borough upon part of the said Common High way called Southern Penrallt Street to the Common Nuisance of all the Kings Subjects.
Therefore it is Ordered that the said John Owen to remove the said Erection abate the said nuisance and restore the said Kings Common Highway to the State it was in before the said Erection was made thereon on or before the 6th day of December next under the Penalty of 39/11
